The Willamette Valley Wineries Association (WVWA) is hosting a public tasting in Washington, D.C., of Willamette Valley’s signature variety — Pinot Noir — along with an array of other varieties produced in the region.  Winemakers and winery owners from 54 participating wineries will be on hand to pour samples and discuss their wineries, winemaking practices, and wine selections.  Here are some specifics:

Event: Pinot in the City
When: Wednesday, April 2, 2014, 6-9 PM
Where: The Long View Gallery, 1234 9th Street NW, Washington, D.C. 20001
Cost: $75 per person
